Stolen vehicle recovered

On the 3rd of August while on routine patrol , local officers from your Northumberland Heath Safer Neighbourhood Team located a stolen vehicle , left abandoned displaying false plates on Frinsted Road. The vehicle also had a steering lock put on it after it was stolen to appear genuine!! The vehicle was recovered and will be returned to the owner.
